Cycling for Beginners -  NEW THIS FALL!

Many beginners are intimidated by cycling classes and for good reason. These classes can be long, intense and you are surrounded by a group of people who appear to never want breaks (ha ha)

For for the fall of 2016, we are offering a TRULY BEGINNER spin class once a month. The first class will be Sun Sept 25th at noon led by Jackie Kellestine.


This is a VERY safe opportunity to enjoy the benefits of indoor cycling with other true beginners to cycling and exercise. It will be enjoyable and you will leave feeling proud, happy and ready to take on the world! Take a leap this fall, and sign up. You will not regret it.

The class will be 45 mins long and that will include VERY basic principles of indoor cycling, like setting up your bike, pedal strokes, form, breathing, RPM, warming up properly and then the good stuff like typical drills, learning to climb, and MORE!  You won’t be on the bike the full 45 mins. Bring water, your fitness gear (comfortable clothing), your nerves and your smile. This is sure to be a blast! Any questions can also be sent to [email protected].
