Starting July 26th: New Target Training Series

Starting this Thursday July 26th our 7PM Cycle & Strength and Friday 6AM Cycle & Strength will each have their own individual focus for 4 weeks. 

July 26/27: Cycle & Core 

Aug. 2/3: Cycle & Legs

Aug. 9/10: Cycle & Upper Body

Aug. 16/17: Cycle & Booty Blast
