Our personal training packages can be purchased in packages as low as one session and at rates as low as $60/hour. Prices for small groups are reduced. Why not bring along a friend, or family member, and you can both get the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the price?
If you have any chronic health conditions, injuries or training goals (running a marathon, for example) a trainer will work with you and your health care provider to plan a safe, efficient program.
Intro to Rev
It is normal for new exercisers to be unsure and nervous when they start their fitness journey.
What is a cycling class like? What sort of things do you do in a boot camp? Will I be able to keep up? YES!
Experience the answers to these questions BEFORE your first group fitness class at RevFit by attending a 60 minute one-on-one Intro to Rev session. We will familiarize you with the bike by getting you set up and running through the common drills that you would expect to see in class. Next, we will move on to the boot camp room and go through the technique of some of our most commonly used exercises and introduce you to the equipment used in these classes. We can use this time to provide any personal modifications you may need during a class and answer all your questions.
This $60 session will leave you feeling comfortable and confident entering any of our group fitness classes!
Our certified dietitians will give you the tools & support to create meal plans that curb hunger, provide energy to exercise and lose weight.
