Boot Camps and Other Group Classes

RevFit MEMBERS have access to 150+ group fitness classes a month!  To see results, you need to be dedicated.

Signature Boot Camp 

Our Signature Revolution Boot Camp is a full body workout, incorporating highly effective interval training with targeted toning exercises. All fitness levels are welcome as each session can challenge differing fitness levels by working harder and faster and pushing your limits! This class is designed to enhance power and strength and assist you in becoming a stronger, fitter and more confident person. The high intensity intervals will have you loving your body and appreciating an advanced level of fitness in a matter of weeks.

Beginner Boot Camp

This class has all the benefits of our signature Boot Camp and provides an excellent full body workout but at a slower pace. For those new to our boot camps it is a great place to start because special attention is paid to detailed instruction of exercises and equipment use. Also modifications will be provided to make the exercises easier for some and more challenging for others.  

Boxing Boot Camp

Join Laura MacPhee for 50 minutes of instructor led non-contact boxing and boot camp drills. This fitness challenge includes classic boxing skills like skipping, hand pads, light defence tactics and high intensity intervals to keep you working hard. You will improve your overall fitness while learning punches and footwork of a competitive boxer in this fun, energetic and intense boxing boot camp!

Women Only Boot Camp 

We know how tough it can be to lose weight and get in-shape and in this class you can concentrate on working hard with the comfort of an all female support system. You will sculpt your arms, flatten your tummy, and slim your thighs in as little as two days a week, but be ready to work for it! Women will enjoy the same results oriented exercises as our Signature class but with modifications to target women’s trouble spots. At our Women’s only class, you can come and get your sweat on with a fantastic group of women!

Yoga Fusion

Increase/maintain your range of motion so you can train hard, enhance recovery and reduce your risk of injury. You’ll experience dynamic, functional, PNF, static active and passive stretching techniques. S-T-R-E-T-C-H for SUCCESS!

Pedal & Pump

Pedal&Pump is RevFit's reinvented NEW & EXCITING cycling class that incorporates the benefits of light hand weights on the bike! Tone and strengthen your upper body, lower body, and core in this class. 

Body Design +

Join us to TRIM and TONE your hips, inner and outer thighs, arms and core. Our goal is muscle-toning with some cardio added in to burn calories in this fun low impact combo class. 

Express Boot Camp

This 30 minute boot camp is short but intense. Feel free to come a few minutes early to warm up because when class time hits it is time to work! We will be concentrating on strength training and core in this condensed class but you never know when some cardio drills might be thrown in. A quick stretch is incorporated at the end of this class but as with coming early, feel free to stay a few minutes after to continue your stretching if desired. 

The following programs are COMMITTED enrollments/workshops. Members can enroll for FREE, or at a REDUCED price. These programs also have a price for non-members.

Triathlete and Long Distance Ride Program

Are you a triathlete or long distance cyclist looking to increase your endurance, strength and speed? During a triathlon you spend more time on the bike than you do running or swimming so it makes sense to devote plenty of time and effort into your cycling training.

Revolution Fitness is excited to announce our FALL program for long distance riders, triathletes, and other advanced riders. The testimonials from this group of riders are evidence that our indoor cycling program on the state of the art group cycling bike, the LifeCycle GX, can improve your cycling performance. The next 10 week program will start on Sunday January 11th  at 8 AM. The 60 minute ride will be followed by 30 minutes of core strengthening and athletic flexibility.

Body Design

Our goal is muscle-toning, not cardio. GOOD NEWS...

A quick freshen up after class and you will get back to your day in a jiffy!

Exercise Meno-POSITIVE

You can MANAGE symptoms & improve QUALITY of life through the transition. Moderate intensity exercise will HELP you:

Healthy Eating & Weight Loss

Are you ready? This program will give you the tools & support to create meal plans that curb hunger, provide energy to exercise and lose weight.

Mom and Baby Boot Camp and Stroller Fitness

Break through to a new, fitter, toned YOU by doing some electrifying, results-driven, bootcamp training programs. Your trainer, a certified post-natal fitness provider, will lead you through a workout designed to help you re-energize, tone muscle and lose baby inches while considering the needs of a new mother. In weeks you’ll have more energy, more flexibility, and feel leaner, stronger and more confident and you get to have FUN and be with your baby while doing it! 

Forever Young Fitness (60+)

This program is specifically tailored to meet the fitness goals of our aging population, with careful attention paid to special conditions. With the senior client in mind, Revolution's Forever Young Fitness focuses on functional training, recreating movement patterns that most closely approximate the movement patterns we use in our daily activities, increasing functional independence, and improving quality of life. You will improve balance, strength, posture, and reaction time through this programs.

Bikini Boot Camp
