Our Mom & Baby program started in Jan 2014 and is the shining light behind the entire RevMama community. In 3 years, we have grown our signature Mom& Baby program to the #1 postnatal fitness program in Halifax. We have motivated over 100 moms to lose weight, feel amazing, have fun, and be confident and comfortable in their fitness journey. 

Mom & Baby Fitness is an energetic full body workout designed specifically to shed baby pounds and tone your tummy. Incorporating strength training, cardio, intervals and core work to kick your butt back into shape. You will use your baby, hand weights, body weight and stability balls to strengthen your muscles. You will look and feel great after this class, and you get to bring your baby!  (The program takes place at Shubie Park during the Summer and at RevFit in the Winter)

Weight gain during pregnancy is a healthy and natural occurrence. Embarking on a postnatal fitness program can be an extraordinary help in weight loss, control of the pelvic floor muscles, strengthening your back and flattening your abdominals. It also encourages us to be our most happy and healthy RevMama self!
