Many of our customers already exercise regularly. These fit people are being challenged through our group fitness and personal training and are breaking out of their fitness plateaus!

It is common to get into a fitness routine, get fit, and then stop seeing results, or “plateau”. If you are following a good fitness program, you should continuously be challenged to meet new goals and see improvements! That is where we come in. At Revolution it is OUR JOB to provide you with a fitness program that is efficient, safe, effective, and personalized so you can continue to make and meet new fitness goals! If you are fit, and don’t currently have any fitness goals, now is the time to set some!

Many people have never tried a cycling class because they believe they are too intense, or that biking for that long would be boring. At Revolution we have cycling classes for our clients who are new to indoor cycling. Our Rev For Beginners class will allow you to get comfortable on our bikes, learn the terminology and build up to our more intense classes. For those of you who think biking is a ‘boring’ form of cardio, we promise you will feel differently after experiencing the energy in our classes. Our motivating instructors and amazing music will keep you coming back for more!

Our full body boot camps are another way to add variety to your exercise regime. Classes will be made up of a combination of cardio and strength training using intervals to help burn those calories! Our studio is equipped with a variety of all the latest equipment including TRX, kettlebells, stability balls, bosu balls, weighted bars and more! Adding variety to these camps will be easy in our fully equipped studio!

If you have reached a plateau in your fitness level or are having trouble reaching a particular fitness goal, one of our certified personal trainers can provide you with a program individualized for your needs! We have a variety of packages starting as low as $50/hour for one on one sessions!

Our goal at Revolution Fitness is to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere that leaves our customers looking forward to their next visit! We want everyone to leave knowing they challenged their fitness limits, and also enjoyed themselves!
