The benefits of an exercise program are countless!

At Revolution we recommend that beginners work with a personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals, challenges, and fears. Our personal trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, flexible and models of healthy behaviour. They will design a program that is individualized to your goals, and will be your coach the entire way! Our personal trainers have experience with all body types, and fitness levels, and we guarantee results! Having a certified trainer at Revolution can turn your fitness dreams into reality!

Revolution has a cycling class designed for beginners - Rev for Beginners. Many beginners are intimidated by the cycling classes that are currently being offered in other facilities and for good reason! These classes are long, intense, and lack instruction for beginners and because of this, beginners are missing out on this calorie blasting exercise! Rev for Beginners is a 40 minute class that has been designed for beginners. This class always begins with a general bike fit, 30 min of cycling, and 10 minutes of cool down and stretching off the bike. If you would like a personalized bike fit, show up early for class and our knowledgeable instructor will work with you on the bike!

Beginners can also attend our Signature Boot Camp, Beginner Boot Camp, Yoga, Athletic Stretch and many more!  All our boot camps are small groups to ensure our customers are getting the benefit of individual guidance and support from our amazing trainers!
